Refund policy

The short version. Sleep with your mask for up to 60 nights. If it isn't right, email hello@heavylid.com and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund.

How to return something

• Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label — you don't need the original packaging.
• Once it reaches us, we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Your statutory rights. Separately from our 60-night trial, UK law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Nothing here affects those rights or your rights if an item arrives faulty.

Faulty or damaged items. Email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
